Terms of use

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms apply to the Winback Lift Shopify app ("the app"), provided by Elektraset, s.r.o. ("we", "us"). By installing the app you, the merchant, accept them. Contact: help@elektraset.com.

The service

The app imports your Shopify order history, calculates product reorder windows and recoverability segments, freezes test cohorts with a random holdout group, can add the groups to lists in your Klaviyo account, and reports the difference between the groups. It does not send messages to your customers.

Plans and billing

Shopify bills paid plans on your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel the plan at any time on the app's Plans page or by uninstalling the app; Shopify's billing rules apply to refunds and prorating. There is no fee on your revenue.

Your responsibilities

Results

Lift estimates are statistical estimates with uncertainty. The app shows confidence intervals, sample-size recommendations and warnings, but it does not guarantee any revenue or result, and you remain responsible for business decisions you take based on them.

Data

Our privacy policy describes how we process data. We process your customers' data on your behalf and only to provide the app.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features or these terms; we will announce material changes in the app or on this page in advance. Prices change only with notice through Shopify's billing approval.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend the app for a store that breaks these terms or Shopify's terms.

Law

Slovak law applies, without its conflict-of-law rules; mandatory consumer and business protection rules of your country remain unaffected. Courts in Slovakia are competent unless the law requires otherwise.
